SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Approved orders will receive an e-mail with detailed shipping instructions. At this time, we are only accepting orders within the United States. Customers are responsible for shipping their items to our studio for preservation services. Finished keepsake box shipping and handling from our studio to the customer's home is complementary and paid for by us.

 

Approved bouquets should be shipped to our studio within 3 days after wedding day for flowers to arrive in the best condition for pressing. All items must be properly addressed, packed, and sealed in a box upon transit to Press Rose Studio. FedEx Priority 1-Day or UPS Next Day Overnight shipping is highly recommended for guaranteed delivery dates. USPS Priority Mail Express-Next Day is acceptable when shipping from urban areas as rural areas may cause shipping delays. Note: Late bouquet arrivals can cause petals to decay and ultimately ruin the pressing process. If your bouquet arrives to our studio in bad condition, the artist will notify you right away to determine the best way to preserve your flowers.

We believe your bridal keepsake should last as long as your marriage, and longer!

 Therefore, it is our upmost priority to ensure your order arrives to you in the best condition. However, transit poses a rare but possible risk. Pressed Rose Studio (PRS) is not responsible for any damage or losses that may occur during shipping. We strongly suggest adding insurance on your package through the carrier. Should your flowers or garments arrive at our studio damaged, PRS will notify you right away and inform you about next steps. Should unprecedented damage or loss occur during transit with your keepsake, please notify us immediately to start the damage resolution process.

Return & Exchange Policy

As with any floral preservation process, natural plant colors vary and may change slightly overtime. To ensure your bouquet stays in tip top condition, we recommended keeping it in a stable location out of direct sunlight.

Cancellation Period: You may cancel any order within 5 days of purchase and will be fully refunded. Should you decide to cancel and have already shipped your florals or personalization items and garments to us, we will promptly ship your items back to you. However, you will be required to pay for shipping and a 10% handling fee for your return. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days in full after an order has been cancelled within the cancellation period. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer exchanges.

We understand the delicacy of each bouquet keepsake from your big day and thank you for trusting us with your business. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve unforeseen issues to the best of our ability.
